Iran Adheres to Its Seven Conditions Amid Reports of Possible Resumption of Strikes

Al-Taj News – Iran adhered to its seven conditions for resuming negotiations with the United States, concurrently with Qatar intensifying its mediation efforts between the two sides and presenting proposals that include mutual confidence-building measures in preparation for the relaunch of direct talks.

Iranian Parliament Speaker and Chief Negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that no progress can be made in negotiations with Washington without full approval of the seven conditions set by Tehran, pointing out that his country continues to study a paper presented by US Vice President JD Vance regarding the mechanisms of negotiation between the two countries.

A Qatari delegation arrived in Tehran on Friday, headed by the Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold talks with senior Iranian officials on bilateral relations and regional developments, with discussions set to continue in Doha on Saturday, following a round of talks that lasted for more than 12 hours in the Iranian capital.
