The Crown Prince directs the launch of a national digital data initiative

Al-Taj News – His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, on Wednesday, directed the National Council for Future Technology to launch a national digital data initiative, which includes collecting data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and flow, and promoting its responsible use, contributing to accelerating the transition toward a digital economy based on data and artificial intelligence.

During the meeting held at Al Husseiniya Palace in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, Chairman of the Council, His Highness stressed the necessity of developing performance indicators and measuring them periodically, as well as capacity- and skill-building programs to implement the initiative’s projects, in a manner that contributes to raising the efficiency of institutions, enhancing innovation and productivity, and making decisions based on accurate information.
