Foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan: The Israeli occupation is a primary source of instability

Al-Taj News – The foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan confirmed that the Israeli occupation represents the primary source of instability in the region and beyond, calling for the urgent implementation of the two-state solution.

The Saudi Press Agency quoted the ministers as saying, in a joint statement issued following their meeting in Istanbul, that Israeli policies entrench a deep sense of injustice within world public opinion.

The ministers renewed their support for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, stressing the necessity of moving forward toward the implementation of the two-state solution.
