United Arab Emirates Strongly Condemns the Aggressive Attack on Jordan

Al-Taj News – The United Arab Emirates strongly condemned, on Monday, the aggressive attacks that targeted Jordan with missiles.

In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the aggressive attack constitutes a flagrant violation of Jordan’s sovereignty and a threat to its security and stability.

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the UAE’s full solidarity with Jordan and its support for everything that would preserve its security and stability.

The official spokesperson for the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army stated that air defense systems intercepted, early Monday, eight missiles that had entered the Kingdom’s airspace.

He confirmed that the Jordan Armed Forces dealt with these attacks and successfully destroyed the missiles before they could pose any threat to citizens or property.

The official spokesperson explained that the interception operations were carried out based on accurate operational assessments and in accordance with the national responsibility to protect the Kingdom’s airspace and ensure the safety of citizens, in line with the established rules of engagement.
