New Sony Policy Could Lead to Legal Action Against Critics of Its PS5 Disc Decision

The new policy covers behavior such as threats, insults, intimidation, defamation, discrimination, attacking employees, as well as “repeated or ongoing demands” and “requests unrelated to products or services.”

Sony warns that violations of these rules could result in restrictions or suspension of customer support services. It also indicates that it may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and take legal action, including criminal proceedings.
