Ahmed El Saka and Ahmed Malek Prepare to Co-Lead a Ramadan 2027 Series

Actors Ahmed El Saka and Ahmed Malek have entered negotiations to take part in a new drama series that would compete in the upcoming Ramadan 2027 season, alongside actor Ahmed Ghazi, as part of projects producer Sadeq Al-Sabbah is preparing early.

According to artistic sources, negotiations are currently underway with El Saka, Malek, and Ghazi to agree on the details of the drama, in preparation for finalizing the official contracts. The final title of the series has not yet been decided, nor has the cast and production team been finalized.

If the project and contracts are completed, the series is scheduled to air on MBC, as part of Al-Sabbah Company’s plan to prepare for the upcoming Ramadan season. Details will be announced gradually after the negotiations are completed.

The appearance of Ahmed El Saka and Ahmed Malek in the same production carries a special significance, as they previously appeared together in the film “El Gezira 2,” which achieved wide audience success. Their participation together in a television drama would represent a new collaboration between them during the Ramadan season, if the contracts are finalized.

Negotiations with El Saka for his participation in Ramadan 2027 come after he was absent from a leading dramatic role in the previous season, appearing only as a guest star in the series “Al Maddah 6,” starring actor Hamada Helal.

His most recent drama work was “Al Atawla 2,” which explored the developments in the life of “Nassar” after discovering that his daughter had a serious illness and needed expensive treatment. He found himself forced to resume working with his brother “Khadr” and work for “Issa Al-Wazzan,” while facing a new enemy.

El Saka is currently continuing preparations for a number of new film and television projects, in preparation for officially revealing their details in the coming period.
