Foreign Minister and Qatari Counterpart Stress Importance of Joint Efforts to End Regional Escalation

Al-Taj News – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly State of Qatar, stressed on Saturday the importance of supporting efforts aimed at ending the regional escalation.

In a phone call held by Safadi with Sheikh Mohammed, the two ministers stressed the importance of concerted regional and international efforts to end the escalation through a comprehensive solution that addresses all causes of tension and ensures sustainable security and stability.

Safadi and Sheikh Mohammed discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest and affirmed the continuation of coordination and consultation regarding them.

Safadi and Sheikh Mohammed also stressed that strengthening the fraternal relations between Jordan and Qatar is a priority, and that work will continue accordingly to develop cooperation in various fields.
