Houthis Target 3 Saudi Cities with Ballistic Missiles and Drones

Al-Taj News – The official spokesman for the coalition forces, the “Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen,” Major General Turki Al-Maliki, said the Houthis carried out attacks toward three Saudi cities on Wednesday.

Al-Maliki explained that the attacks targeted Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Jazan, using ballistic missiles and drones.

He added that the continuation of these attacks on national assets and infrastructure reflects the Houthis’ approach of escalation and targeting civilians and civilian objects.

He affirmed that the Coalition Joint Forces Command will deal with these attacks to protect Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, national assets, civilians, and civilian objects.

He noted that this comes in accordance with the principle of self-defense under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, and in compliance with international humanitarian law and its customary rules.
