Iran Launches Drone Attack on Bahrain’s “Isa Air Base”

Al-Taj News – The Iranian military claimed to have launched a large-scale attack using suicide drones targeting what it said were U.S. military assets at the “Isa Air Base” in southern Bahrain.

The army’s public relations department said the attack represented the 29th phase of Operation Thunderbolt, in response to recent U.S. strikes on southern Iran.

In its statement, the Iranian military claimed that the strikes targeted radar facilities and gathering points for U.S. forces at the base, which it described as a major center for air surveillance, maintenance, and logistical operations in the Gulf.
