Prime Minister Receives Annual Report of Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission

Al-Taj News – Prime Minister Jafar Hassan praised the efforts of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission to strengthen the national integrity system and safeguard public funds, affirming the government’s support for these efforts within the framework of the rule of law.

This came as he received from the Chairman of the Commission’s Board, Hazem Al-Majali, the annual report of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission for 2025, reaffirming the government’s support for efforts to implement the National Integrity and Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026–2030, which the Commission launched at the end of last year.

For his part, the Chairman of the Commission’s Board reviewed during the meeting the key areas covered by the report and the efforts made to strengthen the integrity system, build confidence in national institutions, and provide an environment that encourages investment. He noted that the measures taken by the Commission contributed to recovering and preventing the waste of nearly JD 79 million in public funds during 2025.

The meeting was attended by Minister of State for Prime Minister’s Affairs Abdul Latif Al-Najdawi and members of the Commission’s Board.
