Hebrew Media: Israel Approaches a New Confrontation with Iran, and the Decision Lies in Trump’s Hands

Al-Taj News – Israeli media reported on Saturday that the Israeli army has completed its preparations to engage in a military confrontation with Iran, confirming that the United States and Israel are conducting an intensive dialogue and coordinating operationally to formulate targets for the new operation against Iran.

Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said that the Israeli army has completed its defensive and offensive preparations for the potential resumption of a military confrontation with Iran, but pointed out that the decision to return to war remains in the hands of US President Donald Trump, in light of the ongoing negotiations between Washington and Tehran.

The newspaper added, citing unnamed political sources, that Israel is approaching a new military round with Iran, but the Israeli political and military leadership does not possess the decision to initiate the confrontation, which is linked to the American position and Trump’s choices between reaching an agreement with Tehran or resuming military attacks in coordination with Israel.
