Al-Hussein Irbid Held to Goalless Draw by Al-Baqa’a as Struggles Continue

Al-Taj News – Al-Hussein Irbid and Al-Baqa’a shared the points in the match between the two teams at King Abdullah II Stadium in Al-Qweismeh as part of the second round of the Jordanian Professional League.

Neither team was able to find the back of the other’s net, with the match ending in a goalless draw, leaving Al-Hussein to stumble for the second consecutive round after losing their opening match against Al-Jazeera 5-0.

The match saw Al-Hussein player Ahmad Assaf sent off after striking an Al-Baqa’a player in the 65th minute.

Al-Baqa’a’s tally rose to 4 points, while Al-Hussein earned their first point of the league campaign.
