Al-Taj News – The Argentine Football League has decided to honor star Lionel Messi following his international retirement.

The league posted on its account on the X platform that all matches in the eighth round of the “Clausura” will be stopped in the 10th minute, when collective applause will take place at all stadiums.

Messi announced two days ago his retirement from international football with the Argentina national team after a long career spanning nearly 20 years, during which he led the team to win numerous titles, most notably, of course, the World Cup in Qatar in 2022.
