Al-Faisaly Temporarily Suspends Procedures to Establish the Professional Clubs Association

Al-Taj News – The temporary administrative committee of Al-Faisaly Club decided, for the time being, not to proceed with procedures to establish the Professional Clubs Association, until suitable conditions and a proper foundation are in place to ensure the establishment of a strong and effective association.

The club said in a statement on Tuesday that the envisioned association should be based on consensus, trust, and joint institutional work, in a manner that achieves the primary purpose of its establishment, namely serving Jordanian football.

Al-Faisaly affirmed that its position does not alter its commitment to its national role and responsibility toward developing Jordanian football, stressing that it will continue to support every project or initiative that serves the interests of the sport, within the framework of the Jordan Football Association under the leadership of His Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein.
