Prince Faisal Sponsors Launch of Middle East Special Operations Leaders Conference in Aqaba

Al-Taj News – His Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein sponsored the launch of the activities of the Middle East Special Operations Leaders Conference (MESOC) today, Monday, in the presence of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Staff Majdi Mohammed Al-Harasiss, Director of Public Security Major General Obaidullah Al-Maaytah, and a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army and security agencies, as well as brotherly and friendly countries and official figures.

More than 400 official delegations representing 75 brotherly and friendly countries and 350 exhibiting companies from 38 exhibiting countries are participating in the conference to discuss the latest developments in the defense and security industries, review modern technologies and strategies to address future security challenges, and enhance international cooperation and exchange expertise.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOFEX, retired Major General Engineer Ayman Al-Batran, said: “Jordan’s hosting of this conference confirms its international standing as a trusted and active partner in combating terrorism, enhancing security measures, developing institutional and operational capabilities, exchanging expertise, and its active contribution to supporting security and peace in the region and the world.”
