Al-Taj News – Jordan Gateway Company announced the commencement of glass façade cleaning works for the Jordan Gateway Towers, in a step that reflects the project’s progress and its approaching handover stage, scheduled for the end of 2026.
The cleaning of the glass façades is an important part of the stages of building care and maintaining its architectural appearance. The works were carried out according to a specialized cleaning program using highly efficient materials and products. The company noted that it contracted a specialized local company, which brought in a specialized technical team from outside the Kingdom with experience in handling this type of façade, contributing to restoring their clarity and highlighting their engineering details.
This further enhances the towers’ presence as a distinctive landmark in the capital. The glass façades also allow light and the sky to be reflected on them, giving the towers a renewed presence that blends with Amman’s urban landscape, particularly given the towers’ prominent location in the Sixth Circle area.
This comes in conjunction with Jordan Gateway Company’s announcement of the sale of all units offered as part of the first phase of the Lucent residential tower, achieving a sales rate of 100%, as well as the launch of the second phase of the project, which offers diverse residential options to meet the needs of different segments of buyers.
