“Farah” .. The New Government Digital Spokesperson for Providing Information to Citizens

Al-Taj News – Minister of Government Communication and Official Government Spokesperson Dr. Mohammad Al-Momani announced the launch of the government digital spokesperson service “Farah,” as one of the government’s digital communication tools, as part of the government’s approach to employing digital technology and artificial intelligence tools in communicating with citizens, explaining government decisions and policies, and providing information.

Al-Momani said that the launch of “Farah” is in line with the government’s approach to developing government communication tools and benefiting from modern technologies to facilitate citizens’ and interested parties’ access to information related to public affairs and government decisions and policies.

He added that the digital spokesperson “Farah” constitutes a digital communication tool aimed at providing citizens and interested parties with information in an easy and accessible manner, enhancing the speed of access to government information and supporting efforts in effective and transparent communication with the public.

Al-Momani explained that employing artificial intelligence in government communication comes as part of a gradual process to develop communication tools, keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the digital environment and responding to changes in the ways citizens obtain information.
