Al-Taj News – Minister of Transport and Minister of Labor Nidal Al-Qatamin announced Sunday the imminent launch of the first package of updated electronic systems as part of the project to modernize systems and automate services at the Ministry of Labor, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
Al-Qatamin said the ministry is working to launch the first package within the next two months, covering services for non-Jordanian workers. The remaining automation and system modernization packages will be launched later as part of the first phase, with each stage to be announced in due course and upon its completion, including the modernization and automation of services for domestic workers.
He explained that the expansion of the ministry’s automated services and electronic systems will also be carried out through the “Sanad” application, with the aim of improving services provided to service recipients, accelerating the completion of their transactions, and saving them time and effort, while also taking cybersecurity requirements into account to protect data, in line with the government’s approach to automating government services and protecting their data.
