Civil Defense Responds to 1,489 Incidents in 24 Hours

Al-Taj News – The General Directorate of Civil Defense said that over the past 24 hours, it dealt with 1,489 ambulance, rescue, and firefighting cases, including 1,213 ambulance cases, with an average response time of 7:35 minutes.

The Directorate explained that it also dealt with 118 rescue incidents, with an average response time of 7:36 minutes, and 158 firefighting incidents, with an average response time of 7:34 minutes.

It urged people to make sure to wear designated swimming safety equipment to prevent drowning incidents, and not to leave sources of ignition within children’s reach in order to avoid fires.
