Apartment Sales in Jordan Exceed 22,000 in 8 Months .. What Do the Figures Reveal?

Al-Taj News – Sales of apartments ranging in size from 120 to 150 square meters in the Kingdom increased by 6% during the first eight months of the current year, reaching 6,552 apartments, compared with 6,197 apartments during the same period in 2025, according to the monthly report of the Department of Lands and Survey.

According to the report, sales of apartments in this category increased by 18% last August, reaching 1,074 apartments, compared with 914 apartments during the same month last year.

The number of apartments sold with areas exceeding 150 square meters remained relatively stable during the first eight months of the current year, reaching 10,879 apartments, compared with 10,911 apartments during the same period in 2025.

Last August, sales of apartments exceeding 150 square meters increased by 8%, reaching 1,856 apartments, compared with 1,723 apartments during the same month of 2025.

Meanwhile, the number of apartments sold with areas below 120 square meters declined by 5% during the first eight months of the current year, reaching 6,828 apartments, compared with 7,190 apartments during the same period last year.

Sales of apartments in this category also declined by 7% last August, reaching 1,062 apartments, compared with 1,141 apartments during the same month of 2025.
