Government Approves the Validating Reasons for a Draft Law Amending the Administrative Judiciary Law

Al-Taj News – The Cabinet decided in its session held on Sunday, headed by Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan, to approve the validating reasons for a draft law amending the Administrative Judiciary Law for the year 2026; in preparation for referring it to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau to proceed with the procedures for its enactment according to constitutional procedures.

The amendment of the law comes in line with the outputs of the Committee for Following Up the Development of the Judicial System, as this law constitutes a reference document that establishes the development of the administrative judiciary facility, by transitioning the automation of judicial procedures from merely an alternative procedural option to a general rule and an integrated legislative foundation.
