Public Security: Seizure of Thermal Balloons Carrying Automatic Firearms Smuggled into the Kingdom in Karak

Al-Taj News – The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that the Karak Governorate Police Directorate received a report regarding the presence of a suspicious bag in the Muhiy area of Karak Governorate, where forces moved immediately to the site and cordoned off the area, while experts initiated procedures to inspect the bag.

The media spokesperson explained that after searching the bag, which was smuggled using thermal balloons, 9 automatic firearms and tracking devices were found inside it, whereupon they were seized.
