On Behalf of the King .. Prince Faisal Attends the Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center Celebration

Al-Taj News – On behalf of His Majesty King Abdullah II, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein attended today, Tuesday, the celebration of the Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, marking the 25th anniversary of their establishment.

The ceremony, held under royal patronage, included a presentation of the most prominent achievements and milestones in the center’s journey since its establishment, and the progress it has made in developing cancer patient care services and enhancing the quality of healthcare provided to them.

In the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Talal bin Muhammad, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal listened to a speech delivered by Her Royal Highness Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation and Center, in which she praised the continuous royal support for the mission of the Foundation and Center since their inception, which instills reassurance and security in the hearts of cancer patients.

Her Royal Highness Princess Ghida affirmed that the trust placed in the Foundation by Jordanians and Arab brethren over the past twenty-five years constitutes a distinguished achievement, noting that this trust represents the compass guiding the Foundation’s decisions to adhere to the highest standards and attract medical talent.

Her Royal Highness announced that the next project of the Foundation and Center is to establish a specialized hospital for children with cancer, to be the first of its kind in the Arab world.
