The King Stresses the Importance of the Armed Forces Continuing to Modernize Technological Systems and Enhance Their Readiness

Al-Taj News – His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, visited the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army on Monday, in the presence of His Highness Prince Hashem bin Abdullah II.

His Majesty the King, in the presence of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Pilot Majdi Mohammad Al-Harasais, reviewed efforts to develop the operational, training, and technological capabilities of the Armed Forces, stressing the importance of continuing to modernize their technological systems and enhancing their readiness and efficiency in carrying out their duties.

His Majesty listened to a briefing on plans to develop the Armed Forces’ systems and efforts aimed at enhancing their capabilities and potential, enabling them to deal efficiently with various current and future challenges and keep pace with the rapid developments in the modern operational environment.

His Majesty the King expressed his pride in the efforts of Armed Forces personnel in their various positions and their role in defending the homeland, protecting its security and stability, and preserving its achievements.
