Al-Faisaly Thrash Al-Baqa’a 4-0 to Secure Valuable Victory

Al-Taj News – Al-Faisaly delivered one of their best performances of the new football season after thrashing Al-Baqa’a 4-0 on Sunday at Amman International Stadium, in the final match of the third round of the Professional Football League.

Ahmed Al-Arsan opened the scoring for Al-Faisaly in the 37th minute, before Nour Al-Din Al-Rawabdeh added two consecutive goals in the 55th and 67th minutes, while Ahmed Abdel-Rabuh completed the four-goal tally in the 89th minute.

Al-Faisaly raised their tally to seven points to top the standings for the first time this season, ahead of Al-Ramtha on goal difference, while Al-Baqa’a dropped to fifth place with four points.

The match also saw Al-Baqa’a player Mohammad Al-Kloub sent off at the end of the first half after bringing down Al-Arsan while being deemed the last defender, leaving Al-Baqa’a to complete the match with 10 players.
