“Investor Protection” General Assembly Re-elects Its Administrative Board for the Next Term

Al-Taj News – The General Assembly of the National Association for Investor Protection elected, last week, the association’s administrative board for the next term, which will last four years.

Based on the achievements of the previous administrative board, the General Assembly decided to re-elect the same members. In a subsequent meeting of the administrative board, Eng. Eid Saleh Al-Assaf was re-elected as Chairman of the Association, Eng. Khaled Mahmoud Saeed as Vice Chairman, Eng. Ahmed Ghassan Abu Alyan as Secretary, Mr. Azzam Abu Alyan as Treasurer, and Mr. Hamza Bani Issa as Director General of the Association.

The General Assembly had held its ordinary annual meeting at the headquarters of the Amman Chamber of Industry, in the presence of Chairman of the Association’s Board of Trustees Dr. Mohammad Abu Hammour, Vice Chairman Marwan Kamal, Board of Trustees member and Investment Director at the Industrial Estates Company Mr. Kai Marwan, and Board of Trustees member Mr. Raed Hamadeh, Director General of Hamadeh Restaurants, along with members of the Board of Trustees, the administrative board, and the association’s General Assembly.

During its ordinary annual meeting, the General Assembly approved the minutes of the 2025 ordinary annual General Assembly meeting, and approved the administrative and financial reports, the annual budget for 2025, the estimated budget for 2027, and the executive work plan for 2026/2027. It also approved the discharge of the administrative board from liability in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom and the provisions of the association’s bylaws.

The association, which was established in 2002, aims to care for and protect investors and support their investment activities from the beginning of their operations in the Kingdom, as well as to communicate with them and with official and civil society entities to study their problems and find appropriate solutions to them.
