On Behalf of Industry and Trade Minister… Hijazi Opens 17th Interbuild Near East Exhibition

Al-Taj News – On behalf of Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Eng. Yarub Al-Qudah, Executive Director of the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO) Ghaleb Hijazi today, Monday, opened the 17th edition of the “Interbuild Near East” exhibition, organized by Golden Gate Exhibitions, with the participation of around 120 companies and exhibitors from Jordan and a number of Arab and foreign countries.

Hijazi stressed the importance of specialized economic exhibitions and events in enhancing networking opportunities for Jordanian companies, opening new channels for cooperation and partnerships with regional and international companies, and keeping abreast of the latest products, technologies, and solutions across various sectors, contributing to supporting the competitiveness of the private sector and expanding its growth prospects.

He noted that the participation of local companies in such events provides them with an opportunity to communicate directly with markets and potential partners, exchange expertise and knowledge, and learn about global developments in the productive and service sectors, stressing the importance of continuing to support initiatives that enhance the business environment and provide new opportunities for Jordanian enterprises.

For her part, General Manager of Golden Gate Exhibitions Suad Jagoub stressed the importance of holding the 17th “Interbuild Near East” exhibition in strengthening Jordan’s position as a regional hub for specialized exhibitions and events, noting that the current edition features broad participation from local, Arab, and international companies, providing an important platform for communication among various entities operating in the construction and building sectors and related industries.

Jagoub said the exhibition aims to provide participating companies with an opportunity to showcase their latest products, services, and technologies, build new business relationships, exchange expertise, and learn about the latest developments in related sectors, stressing the importance of continuing to organize specialized exhibitions that contribute to stimulating economic activity and enhancing investment and trade cooperation opportunities.
