Energy Authority Receives 1,183 Licensing Applications in July, Rejects 5 in Oil Sector

Al-Taj News – The Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission received 1,183 applications for licenses across various sectors during the past month of July, while rejecting 5 applications in the oil and derivatives sector.

According to data published by the commission on its website, the applications were distributed across the sectors as follows: 343 applications in the radioactive and nuclear work sector, 16 applications in the electricity and renewable energy sector, 539 applications in the natural resources sector, and 285 applications in the oil and derivatives sector.
