Al-Taj News – Lebanese media personality George Kordahi praised the level of Al Hussein Cancer Center, expressing his pride and happiness at visiting it during his stay in Jordan.
Kordahi said in a post, monitored by “Al-Taj News,” that before arriving at the hospital, he thought he was going to a small place called a center. However, the surprise was much greater than he had expected, noting that he found himself in front of a huge medical institution consisting of several floors, departments, and spacious areas in the heart of Amman.
“I quickly realized that I had entered a cancer hospital that may have no equal in the Middle East,” he added.
Kordahi explained that he was received by Dr. Munther Al-Hawarat and Dr. Hazem Haboub, who accompanied him on a tour that lasted more than an hour, during which he viewed the hospital’s various departments and the latest equipment and devices used to treat patients.
He noted that during the tour, he met a number of doctors, assistants, and nurses, pointing out that he saw happiness, comfort, and dedication to their work inside the hospital on their faces.
Kordahi said that the doctors explained to him that cancer treatment at Al Hussein Center is provided free of charge to all Jordanian citizens at the government’s expense, including medications that are often expensive.
Kordahi extended a warm greeting to all those working at the hospital, specifically addressing his greeting to Her Highness Princess Ghida, wife of His Highness Prince Talal, who received him in her office following the tour and provided him with further information about the center.
He expressed his appreciation for Princess Ghida’s commitment to providing services to Jordanian citizens in the highest and best manner, stressing that this responsibility is dear to her heart because of the service it represents to citizens.
