3000 US Soldiers in Israel in Preparation for New Escalation

Al-Taj News – Israeli media reported Sunday that around 3,000 US soldiers are currently deployed across Israel, as US forces prepare to send additional troops and aircraft in the coming weeks in anticipation of a possible new escalation in the Middle East.

According to a report by the Israeli website “Walla,” citing security sources, the US soldiers are carrying out various tasks, including operating air defense systems, alongside pilots, support crews, logistics units, and command and staff personnel.

The report explained that the US military has been carrying out a rotation of its forces stationed in Israel in recent weeks, noting that these movements are partly part of routine rotations as the deployment periods of the units currently stationed there come to an end.
