Al-Badour: We Changed Many Leaders in the Ministry of Health … and Took 150 Measures Within Days

Al-Taj News – Minister of Health Dr. Ibrahim Al-Badour revealed that over the past two years, the ministry has witnessed a major change in its senior leadership, appointing directors in their forties and bringing young people into various sectors.

Al-Badour said that his office is open to all officials in the health sector, and that he has already received ideas from various officials and young directors, whether in hospitals or health centers.

He noted that he took around 150 measures within just four days, based on observations he receives from employees confidentially through a WhatsApp number dedicated to him, as he keeps the mobile phone himself and no one else has access to it.

He pointed out that the personnel at the Ministry of Health are making distinguished efforts, noting that medical staff have requested incentives and that work is underway to restore their normal payment schedule.
