Al-Taj News – Egyptian actress Somaya El Khashab has left her followers puzzled by the words she posted on her account on the social media platform “X,” without clarifying what she meant by them.

Somaya El Khashab posted two consecutive tweets. In the first, she said: “If you honor the unworthy, they will rebel… What do you think?”

She then followed up with another tweet saying: “Al-Fatiha for those lacking decency… May God compensate people of good character,” which sparked debate among her followers. Some wondered who Somaya El Khashab was referring to in her words, or whether she was simply making the statements in general without referring to any particular situation or person.

Somaya El Khashab returned to posting again on her “X” account after a long absence, dating back to July.

Last year, Somaya El Khashab participated in the Gulf drama “Um 44,” playing the role of “Mahitab.”

On the cinema front, Somaya El Khashab is still awaiting the release of the film “Awrak Al-Tarot,” which has faced numerous censorship-related issues over the past several years. The film obtained the necessary censorship permits for release four months ago, but has not yet been released.
