350,000 Vehicles Undergo Technical Inspection as Winter Campaign Gets Underway

Al-Taj News – Traffic departments announced that 350,000 vehicles underwent technical inspections during the first week of the launch of the winter campaign for vehicles, as part of efforts aimed at enhancing traffic safety, ensuring that vehicles are ready to travel on roads, and reducing accidents caused by technical malfunctions, especially as the winter season approaches.

The Public Security Directorate had launched its annual winter campaign to verify the technical safety of vehicles and the condition of tires, lights, wipers, brakes, and other essential parts that affect driving safety.

The campaign aims to reduce traffic accidents and enhance compliance with public safety requirements, in order to preserve the lives of drivers and road users.
